When will my order ship?
Our dedicated team ensures that your order is packed and shipped with love. If you place your order on a weekday, we’ll dispatch it within 24 hours so you can enjoy your CIMO product as soon as possible. For weekend orders, since AU Post only operates on Saturday mornings, your order will be shipped out by the next business day, within a maximum of 48 hours. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow its journey.
Will I receive an order confirmation and tracking?
Yes! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If it doesn’t show up in your inbox within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, feel free to email us at cimoauofficial@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us at cimoauofficial@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. However, if your parcel is already on its way or has been delivered, any cancellation or modification will require covering the shipping costs.
What if my package is lost?
We’re really sorry to hear that! If your parcel goes missing, please reach out to both AU Post and us at cimoauofficial@gmail.com. While we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestically and internationally, we know how frustrating this can be for both of us. We’ll do everything we can to help track down your package, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes, we do offer local pickup! If you’d like to get your CIMO clip even faster, this could be the perfect option for you. As for local delivery, we’re happy to offer free delivery for orders over AUD 200 within a 30-minute driving radius from our warehouse.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We’re happy to accept returns for unworn and unused items within 5 days of receiving your order (including weekdays and weekends). Just a heads up, the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer. We also kindly ask that returned items are in their original condition, as we won’t be able to accept any products that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage. What if my order arrived with a missing or damaged item?
We’re really sorry about that! Our team carefully checks each product before shipping, but sometimes “oops” moments happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo and email us at cimoauofficial@gmail.com. We’ll do everything we can to make it right for you!
