(e) All orders are subject to availability. We strive to keep stock updated, but some items may be available for pre-order. Pre-ordered items must be paid in advance and will be delivered once in stock.

4. Price and Payments
(a) You must pay the purchase price (Price) plus any applicable delivery costs at the time of ordering. Prices are in AUD and GST (where applicable) will be stated separately.
(b) Payment must be made upfront using available payment methods on the Site.
(c) You must not make payments using fraudulent means. If you use a debit or credit card, you confirm that you are authorized to use it.
(d) Payment methods may include third-party services, and your use of these may be subject to their terms.
(e) We do not store any credit card details; all payment information is handled by third-party processors.

5. Delivery, Title, and Risk

(b) Delivery costs are in addition to the Price and are outlined on the Site.
(c) We usually dispatch products within 24-48 hours of receiving an order, though delivery times are estimates.
(d) You must notify us of any delivery changes as soon as possible.
(e) If no one is available at the delivery address, the products may be left at your premises.
(f) Title of the products transfers to you once payment is made in full.
(g) Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns
(a) We offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, subject to stock availability, under the following conditions:

You notify us within 5 days of receiving your order (including weekdays and weekends) via email (cimoauofficial@gmail.com) with proof of purchase;

The products are in original condition and packaging, with tags intact;

The products were purchased at full price, not during sales or promotions.
(b) Delivery costs for returns are your responsibility.
(c) Your rights under consumer protection laws may also apply.
7. Consumer Law
(a) Nothing in these Terms modifies or excludes rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If the products are defective, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
(b) You will cover the return delivery costs, but if your claim is valid, we will refund this and either replace or refund the product.
